９月です。

今週は台風１８号の影響で、各地で被害が発生しております。
新潟県でも避難勧告が出ました。
私の実家も阿賀野川の近くなので、少し心配でしたが、今のところ大丈夫です。
一刻も早い救助と復興をお祈り致します。

９月に入り、一か月前の猛暑が嘘のように気温が下がりました。
クローゼットから秋物の服を取出しました。
そして、風邪予防にマスクを着用し始めました。
朝起きると喉が乾燥している事が増えましたので、体調管理には気をつけたいですね。
