雪国仕様

弊社は４種類の断熱材を適材適所に使っています。

雪国仕様で、ランニングコストを着目して、温熱計算から

基礎断熱と床下断熱を併用した工法になっています。

これから暑い夏が到来しますが、夏の暑さ対策のエネルギーコスト

より、やはり冬のエネルギーコストが４倍～５倍かかります。

躯体性能を高くすることで、保温力が増します。

だからストーブなどの熱源は極力頼らずにも、室温が下がらない

ヨーロッパ仕様に近づけています。

来週は西区で構造見学会を行います。

その正しい理由をしっかりご説明させていただいますね。
