自然素材の良さ

通常の住宅は建った時が一番いい時です。

ピカピカのクロス、傷のないフローリング

年数が経つとクロスは剥がれ、フローリングは修復できない傷だらけ

10年で価値は0とまで言われています。

自然素材の家は出来上がった時がピークではありません。

1年目は一番気をつけながら生活してほしいです。

使っている木材はまだ多くの水分を含んでいます。

塗り壁の漆喰も同じくです。

畳も青い畳は水分を多く含んでいます。

それが室内に放出され空気が対流しないと温度によってはカビが発生します。

しかし年数が経つにつれ木材は強度を増し、漆喰も硬くなります。

畳は青くなくなりますが本来それが自然なのです。

住めば住むほど成長する家が自然素材の家です。
