経営方針発表会

昨日は友人のリフォーム会社の今年度経営方針発表会にオブザーバーと

して参加しました。

初めて経営方針発表会という会に出席してきましたが、とても勉強になりました。

また社長以下幹部がしっかりと舵取りし、今期の方向性を説明している姿に

尊敬の念も抱きました。

従業員約５０名で離職率も極めて低く、ワークライフバランスも採用されて

いる会社です。新潟県から推奨企業として、表彰されているのもうなずけます。

業態は違えども、素晴らしい会社ですので、切磋琢磨して、

少しでもエッセンスを吸収したいと思います。
