防音検査と断熱検査を行いました。
左が室内、右が室外で測った数値。室内・室外それぞれの
場所から音の大きさを比較してみると一目瞭然。
同じ外部の音でも室内ではとても小さくなっているのが
分かります。

　

断熱検査ではサーモカメラを使い性能をチェック。
右が当社の0宣言仕様の住宅ですが、こちらも違いが
よく分かります。
いよいよ引渡し間近。わいけい住宅では住むお客様に
より良い環境を提供する為に妥協のない検査を行わせて
もらっております。
