地鎮祭も無事終了し、いよいよ地盤改良工事がスタートするの
ですが、その前に地盤調査もきちんと行っています。

調査方法はSS試験（スウェーデン式サウンディング試験）
という方法で行っています。
スクリューを取り付けたロッドを地面に貫入し、100kgの
重りとスクリューの回転数により地耐力を測定します。
そしてこの調査結果をもとに、表層が軟弱地盤であることが
確認されれば地盤改良工事へと進んでいきます。
改良され、強固になった地盤の上に建物が建てば、地震
などがあっても安心ですね。
