屋根遮熱

新潟は全国的に見ても、１年間での日照時間が短い地域です。

気象庁のデータをご覧いただけるとより納得できます。

しかしこれからの季節になると、やはり遮熱は必要になります。

屋根材下に、タープホイルというアルミ箔を全面敷き込むことで

太陽熱を97％も跳ね返し夏の暑さ対策になります。

冬こそ出番はありませんが、夏の２階や小屋裏が涼しいのは、

この遮熱シートのおかげもあります。

また弊社の屋根は瓦葺きが標準です。

昔の瓦葺きの工法と違い、建物全体の耐震性も向上していますので、

屋根瓦と言っても心配はいりません。

耐久性、耐候性を考えてると、やはり屋根は瓦が理想ですね。

地元の安田瓦の採用も増えてきています。
