売電価格

売電価格は確実に下がっております。

一番高値だった１キロワット42円時代が今やもう昔。

しかし高値の2012年契約でも10年間期限付きなので、2022年から売電価格11円/kWhになります。

11年目以降の売電価格は11円/kWhと仮定すると、売電収入は減ります。

機械維持費や、消耗修繕費を考えると、住宅の屋根に乗せるメリットはなくなってきます。

全国的に太陽光ソーラーパネルの出荷台数は激減していると聞きました。

やはり、流行りものの機械に頼る住宅は、新築から数年間はいいでしょうが、

将来のことを考えるとあまりお薦めできないと思います。
