国策としての住宅

これから大きく変わろうとしている国策としての住宅。

2020年には、最低限守らなくてはならない、温熱や耐久性の罰則基準が始まります。

しかし、各省庁で足並みが揃っていないのも事実です。

経済産業省は、住宅本体の性能はあまり興味がなく、

言い方を変えれば、そこら辺はどうでも良いのです。

省エネ家電や太陽光パネルなどを設置し、蓄電池も用意すれば

それで十分と考えているようなロードマップが見え隠れします。

また、国土交通省は何とか住宅の断熱効果を向上させたいと考えているようですが、

残念ながら省エネ家電っといった機械ものの方が「経済波及効果」が大きいので

経済産業省の案に表立って反対が出来ないのが事実。

日本でも、経済優先の枠組みで省庁間で問題に対する対応が異なっています。

これからどう落とし込んでくるのか？いい方向性に期待したいと思います。
