カビと結露判定

高湿度になると、カビが発生します。

近年は家屋の高気密化、高断熱化が進んでいますので、

床下、壁体の内部、表面での結露が増加し、腐木やカビダニなど

室内環境を悪化させるアレルゲンが問題になっています。

断熱気密の数値だけでなく、結露する可能性をしっかり

設計段階で調べないといけないと思っています。

今年に入って弊社では、結露判定ソフトを活用しています。

使用している材料の違いや断熱量、外気の温湿度と室内の温湿度

などで結露判定は違ってきます。

ですので新潟県各地域の気象庁データ測定値を指標に計算します。

結構詳細な地区までの区分わけができるのが、いいところです。

これで、目で見える判定ができますので、夏型や冬型の結露対策の安心

材料がまた一つ増えたことになります。
