屋根の下地工事が始まりました。
わいけい住宅では、「屋根下地」や「床（畳）下地」は
愛工房で低温乾燥した杉材を使用しています。
45度という温度でじっくりと均一に低温乾燥した杉材は、
木材が本来持っている防虫・防カビ効果を失わずに残っています。
合板に比べて通気性や調湿効果にも優れ、一層家を長持ちさせます。
仕上がってしまえば目に見えなくなる所まで徹底的に
素材にこだわり、家づくりを行っています。
