先日、大規模リフォームの現場調査に伺ってきました。

新築と違い、既存住宅の構造体を一部使う大規模改修は

検査項目がたくさんあります。

特に隠蔽部分は、念入りな確認が必要です。

最近は極小空間調査ロボット「モーグル」を使用することで床下環境を

調べるだけでなく基礎や土台、大引きなどの木部の状況もパソコン画面で

お客さま立ち合いでみれるようになりました。

詳細もわかり信頼も増す調査になってきています。

これから大規模改修が多くなってきましたので、しっかりとした調査を行いたいと思います。
