外壁のヒビ割れがない工法

外壁は付加断熱であるＥＰＳボードの上に直接ベースコート

という塗壁仕上げの下地塗りを施工していきます。

その施工中に、引張力の強力な樹脂メッシュを伏せこむことで、

ひび割れが無くなる工法になります。

ベースコートとは、ナノ単位の粒子のコンクリートを外壁に均一に

左官屋さんが丁寧に塗っていきます。

市販のサイディング系よりも、手間隙がかかりますが、これから数十年と住む家です

ので、この作業が重要だと考えています。

ベース下地を塗ったらいよいよ仕上げである遮熱塗料で仕上塗っていきます。
