防音･断熱・VOC検査について

工事もほぼ終わり、もうすぐ引き渡しです。

わいけい住宅では、引き渡し前に

防音･断熱・VOC検査を行います。

防音検査では、同じ条件で発生する音を「屋内」と「屋外」で測定します。

外部からの騒音、室内から外に漏れる音をしっかりと測定し、

外から騒音に悩まされる事のない生活環境を提供できることを確認します。

断熱検査では、サーモカメラで撮影し近隣との断熱性能を比較します。

断熱性能が高ければ夏も冬も少しのエネルギーで快適に過ごせます。

VOC検査では、建材や家具等から発生するVOC(人体に有害な揮発性有機化合物)

の量を検査します。

測定を行った後、検査機関に送って検査報告書が届き次第、お施主様へお渡しします。

まだまだ学ぶことがいっぱいありますが、

一つ一つ覚えて自分の力にしていきたいです。
