仕事の面白みがなくなったり、仕事は辛くて当たり前。

したがって、それが人間関係を崩したり、仕事がうまくできないといった

いいところに目を向け、苦手なところは得意なひとに任せるスタイルを取る

仕組みに変えていきたいと思います。
