いよいよ建て方が始まりました。
わいけい住宅の構造材は集成材ゼロで全て無垢材を使用します。
土台は防カビ効果の高いヒノキ、柱は柔軟性があり曲げ応力に
対して有効な杉、梁には剛性に富み、せん断力の高い米松と、
それぞれ適材適所に合わせた材料を使用。
建て方は新築工事の中で一番現場の変化がよく分かる工事です。
雪の降る中ですが、一切の妥協なく職人が施工しています。
