外壁の仕上げを行っています。
外壁の仕上げはセレクトリフレックスを使用します。
この壁材塗料は、中空セラミックやライムストーンを含む
遮熱塗料で、中空セラミックが80％弱もの熱を遮り、
ライムストーンの強アルカリ性で汚れにも強い材料。
壁面にあたる太陽熱も反射し、表面温度を約70％も
低減してくれます。
　

　
家の顔となる外観の塗り壁仕上げは左官屋さんの腕の
見せ所です。
固まるのに時間が必要で、雨には最新の注意が必要な
部分もあるものの、仕上がった時のきれいさも格別です。
