最近健康でいられることのありがたさ、重要さを実感することが多いのです。

普段生活していると健康でいるのが当たり前で健康でいることに

ありがたみなど感じていなかったのが現実です。

まだ若いし病気もケガも心配ない。

どこかでそんな風に思っていたのかもしれません。

でも本当はいつどこで起こるかわからなくて

なった時にハッと健康でいたことのありがたみに気づくんだと思います。

病気もケガも実はある程度未然に防げるんです。

病気は体調管理と食生活、さらに『空気環境』の改善。

最後の空気環境が一般的に言われないとこですが

健康と密接で空気の良い所で過ごすと病気にかかりにくいのです。

ケガも運転中の注意や日常の危険の解消。

予防は数えたらきりがないくらいですが少しでもリスクを減らして

健康な体を維持していきませんか？
